With nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Erica has dedicated her career to the art and science of hair care. As a licensed cosmetologist and beauty educator, she has trained stylists, mentored clients, and built a reputation for excellence rooted in genuine care.

Erica founded Redefined Hair Studio with a clear vision: to create a space where women — especially Black women — could experience beauty services that truly honor their hair, their health, and their wholeness. Every technique she uses, every product she recommends, and every experience she creates is grounded in that mission.

Her passion for education and empowerment extends beyond the chair. Erica believes that when a woman understands her hair and feels beautiful in her skin, she moves through the world differently — with confidence, power, and grace.
